The General Directorate of Scientific Research and Technological Development organizes a formative evaluation day at the

      University of Technology Oran 25/11/2019 for fifteen (15) superior universities at the national level, including the University of

      Kasdi Merbah Ouargla represented by the Deputy Director of Scientific Research and Network Administrator, and the

      participation of international experts Scopus and Elsevier which will give in support of the University's process of improving

      its classification and aspiration for a continental and global strategy.
