Within the framework of the preparations for the national sessions on the higher education sector and scientific research and its modernization, the Rector of the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, Professor Mohamed Taher Hulilat, was honored to host the representative of the President of the Regional Symposium of Eastern Universities and his accompanying delegation, to attend the course of a session in order to prepare the preliminary outcome of the university, based on reports Colleges and institutes.

The presence of representatives of the regional symposium of the East came as the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla is considered the forerunner in embodying the Ministry's recommendations.

Where the deans of the faculties and the directors of the two institutes presented a presentation explaining how the sessions proceeded.
