Starting from the academic season 2023-2024
Based on the correspondence of the Secretary-General of the Ministry No. 673 / A.P. / 2023 regarding the adoption of English as a language of teaching starting from the academic season 2023-2024, and embodying the outputs of the Directorate Council meeting on Sunday, July 2, 2023, a meeting was held on Monday, July 3, at the Faculty of Law and Political Science Pedagogical teams for standards concerned with teaching in English during the next university season, headed by the Dean of the College and in the presence of professors concerned with teaching in English in addition to the administrative staff of the college and departments.
The meeting reviewed the preparations for the adoption of English as a language of teaching in the Departments of Law and Political Science, especially at the level of the first year of Bachelor's degree. Where the proposed scenario was discussed by the college, which is based mainly on the capabilities of framing in the English language in each department, and the participants discussed ways to make this endeavor a success by proposing scenarios to avoid negative repercussions that may result from this approach, especially in its early stages.
