This is based on the Ministry’s correspondence with the heads of educational seminars at universities to contact the directors of institutions of higher education and scientific research regarding inviting all professors to join their work positions on the morning of Saturday, September 2, 2023.
Where the professors of the University of Ouargla were on time, they joined their colleges and institutes, passing through their departments, where they were received by the administrative staff of the colleges and institutes, represented by the dean and the head of the department, and they found that all measures had been taken, all conditions had been prepared, and all material, human, and logistical means had been provided, such as stadiums.
