Signing of a memorandum of understanding between the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla and the University of Istanbul Nisantazi in Turkey, and a framework agreement for cooperation with the 20th University of Skikda.
Within the framework of strengthening academic cooperation, today, Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at the University of August 20, 1955, Skikda, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla and the University of Istanbul Nisantasi, Turkey, which aims to enhance knowledge exchange and encourage student mobility between the two universities and gain experience. A framework agreement for cooperation was also signed between the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla and the University of Skikda on August 20, 1955, focusing on joint cooperation projects and scientific research in order to enhance and exchange experiences between the faculties and scientific departments of the two universities.
It was signed by the presidents of the aforementioned universities.
