In implementation of the strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to raise the level of competencies of the national workforce through university subsidiary institutions, the activities of the training course organized by the Ouargla University Foundation for Geological Consulting and Services at the well drilling site in cooperation with the SEED Academy Foundation for the benefit of students about to graduate in technical fields concluded on Wednesday evening, October 9, 2024, at the Scientific Research Center, where the Vice President of the University in charge of External Relations and Cooperation supervised the delivery of training certificates to the trainee students, in the presence of Ms. Kadi Rima, Director of THE SEED ACADEMY Foundation, the Director of the University Office, the Head of the Systems and Networks Center at the University, the Head of the Office of Subsidiary Institutions at the University, THE SEED ACADEMY Company experts and training professors.

These programs, which are supervised by an elite group of Ouargla University professors and experts in various fields and specializations, aim to provide trainees with the skills and knowledge necessary to advance their professional career and contribute to developing their knowledge and experience. These programs represent a qualitative leap in the field of training and education, as they will contribute to bridging the gap between higher education outcomes and labor market requirements by reducing unemployment for university graduates and others. The University of Ouargla's endeavor to activate subsidiary institutions by organizing this training session is an important step towards implementing the commitments of the higher education sector, which seeks to make the Algerian university a basic locomotive for reviving the country's economy, improving education outcomes, and meeting the needs of the labor market, in addition to making the university a productive institution that markets services in various fields that do not exceed the framework of public service for higher education.
