
Today, Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 13:00, the founding general assembly of the two clubs, Ibn Sina and the Sports Club of the Faculty of Medicine, was held in Hall B of the Faculty of Medicine. The founding assembly was attended by the Vice Dean in charge of Pedagogy, the Sub-Director of Activities, the Head of the Faculty Activities Department, and a large group of students who founded the two clubs. The talk was initiated by the Sub-Director of Activities, who explained how to establish these clubs based on the instructions and supervision of the Directorate of Student Life. He also spoke about the challenges facing clubs in all areas, in terms of participation in national competitions as well as organizing activities at the university and faculty levels. The floor was given to the Vice Dean, who in turn noted the essential and important role in establishing such scientific, cultural and sports clubs to be an additional space and space for university students to hone their talents and hobbies away from the pressures of study and research.
