Professor Shawqi Mamadi, coordinator of the Pedagogical Support Unit for Newly Hired Professors at the University of Ouargla, oversaw the launch of the third training workshop on modern technologies and pedagogical practices this morning, Sunday, May 25, 2025. The workshop was attended by Professor Mashalikh Charfeddine, Director of the Center, as well as Professors Mohamed Saleh Djeghlab and Mounir Miloudi from Hamma Lakhdar University in El Oued, who supervised and moderated the third workshop. This workshop comes within the framework of supporting newly hired professors in the use of modern technologies in the educational process and implementing the program of the National Committee for Distance Education, in particular Ministerial Resolution No. 145 of December 29, 2024, establishing the National Committee for the Establishment, Monitoring and Evaluation of Distance Education in Higher Education Institutions, as well as developing the use of modern information and communication technologies in the pedagogical and research fields, as well as Ministerial Resolution No. 144 of December 29, 2024, amending and supplementing Resolution No. 932 of July 28, 2016, which includes methods for organizing pedagogical support for newly hired professor-researchers.


For your information, the third practical workshop is attended by newly hired professors and researchers from the University of Ouargla, as well as professors from the Higher School of Professors in Ouargla, and some hospital professors and researchers. It is held in the Computer Science Laboratory at the Faculty of Modern Information and Communication Technologies in the third university pole, and revolves around the “Portfolio Exhibition”, in terms of design, arrangement, organization, follow-up, coordination, evaluation and assessment in the educational process in the university environment.
