Papers should describe original and unpublished work. Submissions are managed entirely through Microsoft CMT — do not send papers by email or any other platform.

File format
The submission system accepts manuscripts as PDF, A4 page size, only. Before review, manuscripts do not need to be checked with IEEE PDF eXpress.
CMT acknowledgment
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Important dates
Publication
ICICDC 2027 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE and the IEEE Algeria Section. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
Registration fees
Fees are in Algerian Dinars (DA) and cover supplies, digital resources, lunches and coffee breaks, plus accommodation for external researchers.
