The Journal of Politics and Law, issued by the Faculty of Law and Basic Sciences at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, gets the first rank in the specialization of law, the first rank in the specialization of political science, and the seventh rank in the Arab refereed journals for various disciplines according to ARCIF laboratories.

University Kasidi Merbah Ouargla  opened a space to accompany students who obtained the 2020 baccalaureate degree throughout the university registration process.

- The Researcher in Human and Social Sciences Journal obtained the Impact Factor (ARCIF) in the Journals' Fifth Annual Report for 2020.

- To obtain the tenth place (10) in the human sciences out of 165 magazines at the Arab level.

- To get the twelfth place (12) in the social sciences out of 116 magazines at the Arab level.

A campaign to distribute masks at the University of Kasdi Marbah Ouargla As part of the national Al-Shifa campaign to prevent the Corona epidemic, Covid-19, Al-Baraka Association for Charitable and Humanitarian Work, in coordination with the Free Student General Union (Ouargla branch), organized a campaign to distribute more than 13 thousand masks at the level of the poles and the Directorate of the University of Qasdi Mirbah and Ouargla For all components of the university family over a period of two days starting on October 25, 2020, and this is to make them aware of continuing to apply the recommended health protocol to protect ourselves and others.
