     تبعا للاجتماع الاستثنائي لمجلس مديرية جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة الذي تم عقده اليوم 15 مارس 2020 على العاشرة صباحا فقد تقرّر ما يلي:

   -1- تأجيل جميع الامتحانات الاستدراكية المبرمجة بالكليات والمعاهد إلى إشعار آخر.

   -2- تأجيل جميع مناقشات الأطروحات والتأهيل الجامعي المبرمجة في هذا الأسبوع.

Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and the Minister of Public Works and Transport, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Kasdi Mirbah Ouargla, in coordination with the State Association for the Prevention of Traffic Accidents, with the participation of: the National Gendarmerie - National Security - Civil Protection - Directorate of Transport - Sitram Foundation as well as professors, specialists and driving teachers And a company to monitor the technology of cars on March 09, 2020, the scientific academic day on: Traffic Safety ... So that the scientific school day aims to achieve several goals, including:

- Unifying the view among all who are interested in this subject, in defining a scientific strategy to confront this phenomenon.

He drew the attention of the civil and military authorities to paying attention to the scientific aspect of this phenomenon.

The objectives are achieved through several main axes:
