The career Center is a newly born institution at Kasdi Marbah University, Ouargla, Algeria. It is the fruit of a close collaboration between the World Learning Organization, Washington, USA, and Kasdi Marbah University.
The mission of the Career Center is to help the students improve their employability skills. Students will gain skills that will help them to find and maintain a successful career.
To organize workshops at the Center to train the students in soft skills. These skills are those that students will need to have real-world success in the job market.
To provide private counseling in career guidance and job skill development.
To organize internships with local employers.
To organize forums and meetings with employers in order to develop a strong partnership between our University and the greater community.
To organize annual job fairs to share information between the university community and potential employers.
