         As part of the new MOBILE UP program and in partnership with the University of Porto (Portugal),

       Kasdi Merbah University - Ouargla -  is launching an invitation to apply for an international project

          mobility grants (MOBILE UP) to students (Bachelor, Master, PhD), teachers and administrative staff.
