As part of the implementation of the external evaluation of the Euro-Algerian project: "Creation of Institutional Capacities for the Integration of Refugees in Higher Education" (Ci-RES), which is a project that fits into the Erasmus + program - funded by the EU - of the institutional capacity building type of higher education establishments, the project team is looking for an Evaluator / Expert in External Evaluation.

The objective of the external evaluation is to assess the progress and success of the activities of the different work packages in relation to the project indicators and to propose actions to improve the overall effectiveness of the results. The appraiser / expert will analyze and interpret the data on the project in order to identify the degree of achievement of the results and the weak points, document the status of the project in reports and make recommendations.

The deadline for receiving applications is April 19, 2020.
