Within the framework of the university's pedagogical coordination meetings related to the conduct of pedagogical activities to end the 2019-2020 university season and prepare for the university entrance 2020-2021 in light of the Corona Covid-19 pandemic, a coordination meeting was held on the morning of September 14, 2020, chaired by the President of the University, Mohamed Al-Taher Hleilat, in the presence of the Deputy Director in charge of Pedagogy and Vice Deans Faculties and institutes for pedagogy, in order to study the following points:

First: Setting the exceptional pedagogical calendar to end the 2019/2020 university season

(Programming attendance education according to the payment system, as well as programming the second semester exams and catch-up exams, evaluating the process of monitoring the continuous evaluation points for the second semester, evaluating the master's notes, announcing the preliminary results of the regular session deliberations, the period of handing over certificates ... etc.)

Second: Organizing the open doors to the university for new students

Third: Entry preparations for the 2020/2021 academic year

The dual teaching process, the process of re-registration (remotely), summoning the ranking and orientation committees (determining the criteria for orientation for students of joint classes towards majors, as well as preparing for the process of candidacy for the Master)
