In the context of preparations and preparations for receiving new students and organizing open doors to the university in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19), the information and orientation days will be conducted remotely through the university website as well as social media sites.So that the video recording process is conducted for the officials of the training fields teams at the level of all colleges and institutes by displaying an informational material explaining to the new student all the information related to the fields in the University of Ouargla and the national universities and showing him the training paths in the bachelors, masters and doctorates according to the system (LMD) as well as professional prospects For each field, as well as recording video lessons for professors, all at the university’s audiovisual center's studio level and placing them in the line, sites and channels assigned to them.
In addition to this, the center has several tasks, including:
- Archive all audiovisual works.
- Media coverage of events, official visits, and scientific, cultural and sporting events, in audio and video.
- Creating scientific tapes, films and reports on the university and the topics related to it.
- Publishing forums, seminars, study days, official visits, scientific works and meetings on the university's website and channel.
