This is the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla keeping pace with this trend. On the morning of January 19, 2023, at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, the first zero-paper doctoral thesis was discussed at the level of the University of Ouargla and among the first at the national level. The thesis was completed by the student, Safaa Ben Moussa, tagged with the guarantee of real estate loans under the supervision Dr. Hisham bin Sheikh.
