  In the framework of standing on the progress and readiness of the establishment of the nucleus of the university annex in the wilaya of Tikrit, Mr. Nasser Sabaa, the governor of the wilaya of Tikrit, held, on Sunday, March 26, 2023, a working session with Mr. In the specializations that will be opened in the annex, and this was in the presence of the President of the Wilaya People’s Assembly and its members and the Chairman of the Education, Training and Higher Education Committee and its members, a special meeting was held to study and discuss the progress and readiness of establishing the university annex in the wilaya of Tikrit.
