
The Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) is calling for applications for the eleventh edition of the Prix de la Francophonie for young researchers. This Call is open until July 4, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. (Paris time, France).
Taking into account the diversity of the French-speaking university space, particularly that of developing countries, the Prix de la Francophonie for young researchers aims to recognize the merit and value of a maximum of four researchers, having acquired scientific recognition and having achieved a significant breakthrough, particularly within the framework of La Francophonie.
The Awards are open in the following disciplinary fields:
science and technology
Humanities and Social Sciences
The Awards are for candidates:
40 years of age at most on the closing date of the Call for Applications. Only the year of birth is taken into account without further consideration of month or day;
Holders of a doctorate or a state doctorate (provide a photocopy of the doctorate and/or the report of the thesis defense);
Able to demonstrate prolific and innovative research activity;
Attached to member establishments of the AUF.
The process of evaluating the files and selecting the winners is placed under the responsibility of the Scientific Council of the AUF.
An endowment of 5000 euros will be awarded to each of the winners.
The deadline for responding to the Call is July 4, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. (Paris time).
