On the morning of June 04, 2023, the university incubator of the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla discussed the first graduation thesis at the national level, which is included in Ministerial Resolution 1275 University Degree - Emerging Institution - Patent Marked with the Innovative Project (LABAL).

This achievement is a note tagged with: A digital platform for renting housing prepared by students: Ahmed Taha Buhouya, Abdel-Haq Madi, Ziyad Hafnawi under the supervision of Professor Mohsen bin Al-Habib, and they obtained an excellent evaluation with a full score.

The project is a digital platform for renting housing under the name: "Hostino" that provides the customer with a set of privileges that enable him to know all the details of the house, including photos, location, specifications, and ratings. So that this project came in line with the new orientation of the Algerian state to upgrade the tourism sector, and to enable people to move around in the various states on the one hand, and on the other hand, owners of empty homes will benefit from displaying their homes on the platform and marketing them.

The meeting was attended by the Rector of the University, Prof. Muhammad Al-Taher Hulailat, his deputies, the educational staff of the university, and the economic partner within the discussion committee, which is also composed of professors and specialists in this field. As well as the presence of students registered within this Ministerial Resolution 1275, various public and private media outlets, and all interested and active parties in this field.
