Today, Monday, October 30, 2023, in the state of Tougurt, a framework agreement was concluded between the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla and the state of Tougurt, where the governor of the state of Tougurt, Mr. Othman Abdel Aziz, and the director of the University of Ouargla, Professor Mohamed Al-Taher Hleilat, agreed on the terms of the agreement, in the presence of the President of the State People’s Assembly. The Secretary-General of the state and the Dean of the College of Applied Sciences, Mr. Kreker Abdul Wahid.
This landmark agreement will open the door to sustainable cooperation between the university and the state authorities, as it is an important step towards enhancing education and scientific research in the state of Touguert.
It is expected that many individual agreements will emerge from this agreement between the various directorates of the state in a wide range of fields. This future cooperation will include academic and cultural exchange, workshops, and various academic research.
