This morning, Monday, November 27, 2023, the large-scale training process on modernizing the budget was launched at the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla, the second session directed to the benefit of those holding senior positions at the university and some other public sectors charged with preparing and implementing the state budget at the level of public institutions and administrations organized by the Regional Budget Directorate of Ouargla.

Where Mr. Zein Mounir, Regional Director of the Budget of Ouargla, accompanied by Dr. Sayagh Ramzi, Dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences, the Budget Controller of the State of Ouargla, as well as the Director of Vocational Training, and Dr. Khamqani Antar, head of the Regional Training Cell, supervised the opening ceremony of this training course, which lasts five days for each regiment.
