A sensitivity day to explain the registration mechanisms in Ministerial Resolution 1275

The Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, in cooperation with the Entrepreneurship Development Center of the University of Ouargla, CDE, and the Center for Support and Innovation of the University of Ouargla, CATI, organized on the morning of Tuesday, January 30, 2024, in the visual hall of the University Directorate, an awareness day to explain the registration mechanisms in Ministerial Resolution 1275 related to the certificate (start-up enterprise - patent). For the benefit of the students of the College of Natural and Life Sciences, the study day was supervised by a group of professors, led by Professor Abdullah Kamasi, Dean of the College, Professor Muhammad Munir Saqqai, Professor Muhammad Qujil, and Professor Qureshi Abdul Raouf, Chairman of the Committee for Follow-up on the Mechanisms of Implementing Ministerial Resolution 1275.
 
The study day included a number of topics, including:
 
- Introduction to Ministerial Resolution 1275, the definition of a startup and small enterprise, the difference between a startup enterprise and a small company, how to register an idea as a patent project, how to protect the intellectual property of a patent, conditions for obtaining a label.
"Label" There were also several other interventions related to emerging and small enterprises
The school day concluded with answers to the questions of the students and supervising professors, by the professors supervising the school day.
