Today, the University Rector, Professor Mohamed Al-Taher Hulailat, chaired the ceremony of distributing certificates for the final level C2, according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CECRL), to the judges of the Accounting Council, the Regional Chamber of Ouargla, in the presence of:

- Gentlemen judges of the Accounting Council
- Mr. Vice Chancellor for External Relations
- Mr. Director of the University’s Intensive Language Education Center
