In implementation of Ministerial Resolution 1275, which includes a startup enterprise certificate/patent, the Kasdi Merbah Ouargla University Incubator organized on Thursday, February 15, 2024, a training course for the benefit of students with emerging projects. Its activities were held in the Grand Lecture Hall of the University Directorate, and the activities of this course were supervised by a group of professors who are experts in the field. They are Khalfawi Fathi, Bin Al-Habib Mohsen, Saqai Muhammad Munir, Salami Munira, and Issani Taha.
The course activities included a group of topics related to the pedagogical aspects of the project (formation of the work team, innovative idea, content of the memorandum, discussion, testimony), and topics related to awareness-raising and promoting Resolution 1275, the university’s relationship with the economic and social environment, and how to obtain the label of an innovative project and an institution project.
