On Tuesday, June 25, 2024, the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla organized an evaluation workshop for pedagogical training for the benefit of newly employed research professors at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences, and Management Sciences, supervised by the coordinator of the Pedagogical Accompaniment Cell, Professor Shawki Mammadi, and in the presence of Professor Mohamed Ramzi Sayagh, Director of the Office, representing the Director of the Office. University Professor Muhammad Al-Taher Hulailat. The occasion was also attended by a number of professors who supervised the framing of the training processes and pedagogical accompaniment of the professors through lectures and workshops throughout the year, starting from September 11, 2023, until March 5, 2024.
This was followed by a closing ceremony held by the professors in honor of their supervisors. In his speech, their representative highlighted the extent to which they benefited from this pedagogical training, thanking everyone who contributed to it and carried it out, hoping that they would have opportunities for academic meeting again to exchange ideas and experiences, and improve performance, especially since this training included professors. The university, and the professors of the Higher School of Employees during the month of September 2023, and the meeting concluded with the distribution of some honorary certificates to the supervising professors.
