Within the framework of the bilateral partnership between the University of Kasdi Merbah and TotalEnergies, Professor Mohamed Taher Halilat received today, Sunday, November 17, 2024, a delegation of TotalEnergies experts in the presence of Professor Mohamed Mehdi Kadri, Vice-Rector of the University in charge of External Relations and Cooperation. The visit of the TotalEnergies delegation aims to activate training courses for master's students in the fields of petroleum economics, basics of petroleum exploration, and oil developments in offshore wells.

Then the delegation headed to the visual lecture hall at the university directorate and the doctoral discussion hall at the Faculty of Hydrocarbons and the Scientific Research Center to supervise the launch of the training courses, where the Vice-Rector of the University inaugurated the activities of the launch of its work, and TotalEnergies experts Jean-Claude Hedman, Jean-Paul Gogat, and Patrice Martin Duvivas began activating the training days.

- By organizing these training courses for master’s students in technical specializations, Kasdi Merbah University seeks to improve the quality of academic training in line with the requirements of economic institutions and the labor market.
