The University of Kasdi Merbah in Ouargla signed, on Wednesday morning, January 22, 2025, an academic and research cooperation agreement with the Higher Institute of Arts and Languages ​​Al-Ghafran in Ghardaia.

The signing ceremony was attended by the University President, Professor Mohamed Taher Halilat, and the Institute Director, Mr. Ibrahim Bahaz, in addition to the University Secretary General, Vice-Presidents, and Deans of Faculties, in addition to a number of Institute executives.

During the signing ceremony, officials of the Higher Institute of Arts and Languages ​​Al-Ghafran expressed their great appreciation for the University of Kasdi Merbah, emphasizing its position as a distinguished academic and scientific center rich in research capabilities and academic expertise, noting that the university is a model to be emulated in the field of higher education and scientific research, which makes it a strategic partner in achieving common goals.
