This morning, Wednesday, March 19, 2025, the Rector of Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla, Professor Mohamed Taher Halilat, launched the digital platform for the business incubator at the university incubator. The launch was attended by the vice rectors, deans of faculties, and incubator staff. The platform aims to facilitate communication between student project holders, entrepreneurs, supervisors, and experts. It also provides advanced digital tools for monitoring and supporting startups, contributing to the development of an innovative entrepreneurial environment within the university.
The digital platform for the business incubator features several features that facilitate the development of student entrepreneurs' projects. It allows for online registration of projects and participation in incubator programs, as well as access to training courses and educational resources specialized in entrepreneurship. It also enables users to monitor the progress of their projects and interact with mentors and experts, enhancing opportunities to connect with investors and entrepreneurs to build a broad professional network. It also provides support and advisory services, which help facilitate project support procedures and ensure their continuity.

On the sidelines of the digital platform launch, the launch of the Fab-Lab was announced. This specialized workshop is designed for students with innovative projects. The lab aims to provide an integrated environment for assembling and manufacturing prototypes for their projects. The lab is equipped with advanced technologies, devices, and equipment, which are made available to students, their professors, and supervisors to transform their ideas into projects.
