To promote the state's development vision 2024-2029 in the field of scientific research and technological development related to animal production and animal nutrition, the National Higher School of Veterinary Medicine and the National Higher School of Agriculture, in partnership with relevant research centers, have been qualified to open 100 positions to ensure training for a doctorate degree through a national competition.

The operational objective is to achieve national self-sufficiency in animal production (cattle, cows, etc.) and animal feed production.
