At the conclusion of a high-level working visit led by a delegation from the University of Kasdi Merbah - Ouargla to Grozny University in the Chechen Republic, Russian Federation, a final meeting was held in the presence of the Rector of Grozny University and a number of its officials, along with partners from the energy sector.
