At the conclusion of a high-level working visit led by a delegation from the University of Kasdi Merbah – Ouargla to the University of Grozny in the Chechen Republic, Russian Federation, a final meeting was held in the presence of the Rector of the University of Grozny and a number of its officials, along with partners from the energy sector.

This visit culminated in the conclusion of important preliminary agreements paving the way for the launch of advanced academic and scientific cooperation, including:

- Developing joint international master's programs in the fields of:

- Launching applied research projects of common interest, addressing current scientific and industrial challenges.

- Working on initiatives in the field of industrial innovation and supporting start-ups, by creating a cooperative environment that allows for technology transfer and encourages university entrepreneurship.

- On this occasion, the University of Ouargla delegation expresses its deep appreciation to the University of Grozny, headed by its esteemed Rector and the entire administrative and academic staff, for their warm welcome, excellent organization, and positive spirit of openness, reflecting a deep desire to build a qualitative and fruitful partnership.
