On the morning of October 27, 2020, University Kasdi Merbah Ouargla organized an academic seminar on the draft amendment to the constitution 01 November 2020, which was attended by all components of the university family (the university president, his deputies, deans, professors, students, workers, and others).
The meeting is an enlightening consultative meeting for the articles of the new constitution presented to the popular referendum on November 1st, by presenting two interventions by Dr. Luqman Bamoun and Habiba Kadda, and the discussion was opened to the hall to raise their questions and the ambiguities in some articles.
Incidentally, symbolic certificates were distributed to the professors in exchange for their efforts to make this symposium a success.

نظمت جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة صبيحة يوم 27 أكتوبر 2020 بقاعة المؤتمرات الكبرى ندوة أكاديمية حول مشروع تعديل الدستور 01 نوفمبر 2020، والتي حضرها جميع مكونات الأسرة الجامعية (مدير الجامعةـ نوابه ـ عمداء أساتذة ـ طلبة ـ عمال وغيرهم).
يعد اللقاء تشاوري تنويري لمواد الدستور الجديد المعروض الاستفتاء الشعبي في الفاتح من نوفمبر من خلال عرض مداخلتين للدكتورين لقمان بامون وحبيبة قدّة ، تم فتح باب النقاش للقاعة لطرح تساؤلاتهم ومواطن اللُبس في بعض المواد.
وبالمناسبة وزعت شهادات رمزية للأساتذة نظير مجهوداتهم المبذولة في إنجاح هذه الندوة.
