Within the framework of the institution’s policy, the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla to open the door for dialogue and consultation with its social partners to resolve and discuss several points, and this will be on February 23, 2021 in the meeting hall of the University’s directorate, and this is in the presence of the President of the University, the Deputy Director in charge of pedagogy, the Secretary-General of the University and the members of the Syndical Branch CNES.

As the agenda dealt with several aspects, including:
The pedagogical aspect dealt with all his money related to the professor, including providing private offices for them, providing teaching halls with the Internet, facilities for transfers and their transfer between universities, supporting equipment for scientific research laboratories, as well as sending teachers who have administrative responsibilities to develop the management process.

The financial aspect deals with the monthly salary and the delay thereof, the settlement of residues, promotions, grades and compensation for additional capacities. As for the social aspect, it focused on housing, functional accommodations, and social services for teachers.

Kasdi Merbah University continues to conduct the first semester examinations for the academic year 2020/2021 under the exceptional circumstances that the university witnesses, as the examinations were launched in all faculties on February 20, 2021, and this is in two levels (Year 3 License and Year 2 Master), and the atmosphere was distinguished by providing all organizational conditions Good and courtroom within the framework of implementing the health protocol and taking strict preventive measures.

 Within the framework of the periodic meetings of the university administration with its social partners, the meeting of the trade union branch of the General Union of Algerian Workers was held with the President of the University Professor Mohamed Taher Helilat in the meeting room of the presidency of the university on February 22, 2021, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the University Mr. Masoud Sagai and members of the trade union branch, headed by Coordinator Nabil Khamgani. This meeting is to study and discuss several points and aspects, the most important of which are:

- The housing file - the monthly salary file - the social security file - the headquarters of the Coordination Office - the implementation of the program of the Social Services Committee - Algeria Post Office at University Pole 02 and other miscellaneous items related to the sector workers.

بمناسبة الإحتفال بالذكرى 50 لتأميم المحروقات بكلية المحروقات والطاقات المتجددة وعلوم الأرض والكون بجامعة قاصدي مرباح تنظم مصلحة الأنشطة العلمية والثقافية والرياضية للكلية وبالتنسيق مع نادي المحروقات العلمي ونادي الإبداع من أجل التغيير الثقافي إحتفالية خاصة بالمناسبة يوم 25 فيفري 2021 بأحد مدرجات الكلية بحضور عميد الكلية ووطاقمه البيداغوجي والإداري والطلبة والطالبات للإحتفاء وتخليد الذكرى.

حيث إستهل الحفل بتلاوة آيات من الذكر الحكيم للطالب حذيفة قريشي فارس القرآن بالجامعة وبعدها وقف الحاضرين لسماع السلام الوطني ومن ثم كلمات لعميد الكلية بالمناسبة ورئيس نادي الإبداع من أجل التغيير وتلاهم فيديوهات تعرض بعض أعمال وإنجازات نوادي الكلية وبالمناسبة ألقى عميد الكلية البروفيسور عبد المجيد دبي بعنوان: الإنتقال الطاقوي والمزيج الطاقوي بالإضافة إلى ذلك عروض مسرحية وفنية وأخيرا تكريمات لطلبة الكلية المتحصلين على مراتب متقدمة في المسابقات الجامعية .

The implementation of Decision No. 991 of December 2020, which includes the establishment of ethics and ethics committees in higher education and scientific research institutions, as well as Resolution 108/2020 that defines the rules relating to scientific plagiarism and combating it. The inauguration of the Committee on Ethics and the Ethics of the University Profession of the University of Kasidi Merbah Ouargla by the President of the University, Professor Muhammad Taher Halillat, in the presence of the 12 members of the Committee representing the faculties and institutes of the university.

The university director stressed the need to activate the charter of university ethics and ethics and ensure the implementation of laws that guarantee the scientific integrity of research and scientific work. For his part, Professor Abdallah Bodjrada, the elected president of this new committee, stressed the weight of the responsibility entrusted to him and that he will work in coordination with professors, doctors, and experts, members of the committee to respect the laws and the regulations in force in the same framework. It is beneficial that he will put all his expertise at the disposal of the committee, using the expertise of his colleagues in the same committee.

The interventions of the members of the committee focused on consolidating and urging professors and students to scientific honesty through awareness of the rules and ethics of scientific research, the rules of citation, marginalization, scientific theft, and the consequences thereof.
At the end of the session, the university president praised the efforts of the former council members and wished success and the serious and dedicated work of the new members of the committee through coordination and cooperation between them.

تتواصل بجامعة قاصدي مرباح إجراء إمتحانات السداسي الأول للموسم الجامعي 2020/2021 في ظل الظروف الإستثنائية التي تشهدها الجامعة، حيث إنطلقت الإمتحانات في جميع الكليات يوم 20 فيفري 2021 وهذا في مستوين (سنة 3 ليسانس والسنة 2 ماستر)، وقد تميزت الأجواء بتوفير كل الظروف التنظيمية الجيدة والمحكمة في اطار تطبيق البروتوكول الصحي واتخاذ التدابير الوقائية الصارمة.
