Within the framework of permanent national celebrations and in commemoration of the martyr's day, the Department of Scientific, Cultural and Sports Activities of the College of Hydrocarbons, Renewable Energies, Earth Sciences, and the Universe, headed by Mrs. Fadila Bourouba, has organized several competitive activities among students and competitions in the field of drawing, chess and iron ball, and this starting from February 18, 2021, to be crowned Winners of various competitions with prizes that will be awarded to them on February 24, 2021, as part of a ceremony for the occasion,
In this context, the college witnessed the activities established by the department of the scientific, cultural, and sports activities of the college and in coordination with the Creativity Club for Change and on the occasion of the first anniversary of the opening of this club, and a review of the new workshop on the photographic side called "Lens", the establishment of a special exhibition that includes artworks from the workshop The new workshop was "Drawing" and "Glees" workshop, where the exhibition was inaugurated by Professor KORICHI Kourad, representing the President of the University, Professor Doubi Abd e- Madjid, Dean of the College and his Deputies, and the Sub-Director of the Directorate of Scientific, Cultural and Sports Activities, Mr. Abd el-Malik Baramaki. Professors, students, and workers. The exhibition included many new creative drawings and photographs from the achievement of students participating in this activity and a book pavilion, where many books in the field of story, guidance, and direction were displayed in this pavilion.

 

Within the framework of the Ci-RES project, which aims to build and create institutional capacities to integrate refugees into higher education, and according to a series of workshops to discuss this project, a workshop was organized on February 16, 2021 in the meeting rooms of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, headed by the project supervisor, Mr. Mourad KORICHI, Deputy Director in charge of External Relations, a workshop that includes Several participants and invited from security services and authorities (National Security - National Gendarmerie - Customs) and representatives of local directorates (National Education - Professional Training - Tourism - Culture and others) in addition to the Algerian Scouts and the Algerian Red Crescent, as well as remote interventionists in charge of human rights and professors specialized in the field of asylum And refugees, and this is for dialogue and extensive discussion between all these actors at the state level of Ouargla about how to deal and provide optimal care for refugees, study what are the mechanisms associated with this group, who will be part of the Algerian higher education system, and propose ways or flexible policies that integrate refugees in all other sectors.

Where the meeting focused and addressed several basic axes, namely:

          1 - An anatomy of the refugee reality in Algeria, the wilaya of Ouargla in particular, and the Qasdi Merbah University in particular
          2 - What are the procedures or policies adopted by the Algerian authorities to take care of refugees and ways to integrate them into various sectors of life, including higher education?
          3 - Through the two previous axes, an attempt to identify the difficulties and obstacles facing the integration of the refugee in Algeria.

      في إطار الاحتفالات الوطنية الدائمة وإحياء لذكرى يوم الشهيد نظمت مصلحة الأنشطة العلمية والثقافية والرياضية لكلية المحروقات والطاقات المتجددة وعلوم الأرض والكون وعلى رأسها السيدة فضيلة بوروبة عدة أنشطة تنافسية بين الطلبة ومسابقات في مجال الرسم  و الشطرنج والكرة الحديدي وهذا ابتداء من يوم 18 فيفري 2021 على أن يتوج الفائزون في مختلف المسابقات بجوائز تسلم لهم يوم 24 فبراير2021 في إطار حفل بالمناسبة،    

     وشهدت الكلية في هذا الإطار  الخاص بالأنشطة المسطرة من طرف مصلحة الأنشطة العلمية والثقافية والرياضية للكلية وبالتنسيق مع  نادي الابداع من أجل التغيير و بمناسبة الذكرى الأولى لافتتاح هذا النادي، واستعراضا للورشة الجديدة المنصبة في الجانب الفوتوغرافي والمسماة " عدسة " إقامة معرض خاص يتضمن أعمال فنية من الورشة الجديدة ورشة " الرسم " و ورشة " جليس " ، حيث افتتح المعرض من طرف البروفيسور قريشي مراد ممثلا لمدير الجامعة والبروفيسور دبي عبد المجيد عميد الكلية ونوابه والمدير الفرعي لمديرية الأنشطة العلمية والثقافية والرياضية السيد عبد المالك برمكي ، كما حضر هذا الافتتاح الرسمي لهذا المعرض العديد من الأساتذة والطلبة والعمال، حيث تضمن المعرض العديد من الرسومات والصور الفوتوغرافية الإبداعية الجديدة من انجاز الطلبة المشاركين في هذا النشاط وجناح خاص بالكتاب حيث عرض في هذا الجناح العديد من الكتب في مجال القصة والإرشاد والتوجيه .
