With the initiative of the National Federation for Higher Education and Scientific Research entrusted under the banner of the General Union of Algerian Workers, a scientific symposium is organized on Enriching the draft organic law related to the election system between academic reading and societal outlook on February 04, 2021, in the conference hall of the university pole 02 and this is in the presence and participation of the President of the University and the Director of the University of Ghardaia and all Actors, activists, trade unionists, representatives of civil society, representatives of the revolutionary family, notables and sheiks of the state, professors and students. This is for the purpose of evaluation, evaluation, study, and exchange of views, and the involvement of relevant parties, whether societal or academic, to enrich organic law, and this is in light of the political, economic, and epidemiological conditions of the country is going through.

Where the meeting began with verses of evidence from the Holy Quran and to listening to the national anthem, after which words of welcome to the gentlemen (Secretary-General of the State Federation Suleiman Zotout, the speech of the union coordinator for university workers, Mr. Nabil Khamqani, the word of the head of the trade union branch of the Higher School of Professors Mr. Abdul Rahim Shanin and the speech of the general coordinator of the seminar Mr. Muhammad Al-Khatib Nimer ).

The symposium featured a series of interventions by professors and doctors from the University of Kasdi Marbah Ouargla

• Prof. Dr. Abdelkarim Korichi, an intervention entitled: Some positive indicators in the draft organic law for the elections.
• Dr. Boutayeb Bounasser + Dr. Heba Alouadi, an intervention entitled: A Critical Reading of the Organic Law for Elections.
• Dr. Omar Zobat, an intervention entitled: A Reading in the Preliminary Election Project, Between Valuations and Deficiencies
• Dr. Mohamed Khamis, an intervention entitled: On the meaning of the interaction between behavior and law in the draft organic law for elections.
• Dr. ilyes Heouad Mouissa, an intervention entitled: Election Laws in Algeria - A Comparative Study -

The floor was given to the hall in an extensive discussion in order to enrich and enlighten the topic of the meeting, the draft organic law for the elections. All interventions and discussions were submitted to the higher authorities for consideration.
