The President of the University reminded the audience that he and his administrative and pedagogical staff will provide continuous and permanent accompaniment to all parts of the project, starting from the majors that will be opened to the administrative and pedagogical staff, structures and facilities, until it is embodied on the ground and launched into work and service.

 

في إطار الوقوف على مدى تقدم وجاهزية إنشاء نواة الملحقة الجامعية بولاية تقرت، عقد السيد ناصر سبع والي ولاية تقرت، يوم الأحد المــــوافق لـ 26 مارس 2023 جلسة عمل مع السيد محمد الطاهر حليلات رئيس جامعة ورقلة، بمعية نائبيه للدراسات والبحث العلمي ومستشاره وعمداء الكليات ذات الصلة بالتخصصات التي سوف تفتح بالملحقة، وكان ذلك بحضور رئيس المجلس الشعبي الولائي وأعضائه ورئيس لجنة التربية والتكوين والتعليم العالي وأعضائها، إجتماعا خاصا لدراسة ومناقشة مدى تقدم و جاهزية إنشاء الملحقة الجامعية بولاية تقرت.

وفي مستهل الحديث رحب السيد الوالي بمسؤولي الجامعة شاكرا لهم حضور هذا اللقاء. بعدها عرض السيد الوالي جملة من النقاط على السادة الحضور لمناقشتها و إثرائها، ومن بينها تحديد التخصصات والشعب التي سوف تفتح

في البداية، كذلك الإمكانيات والمتطلبات من الوسائل المادية والبشرية المتاحة حاليا، وأخيرا الإتفاق على تسريع كل الإجراءات خاصة منها الإدارية، وتذليل كل العقبات والحواجز التي من شأنها تعطيل عملية التقدم بهذا المشروع.

وبعدها أخد الكلمة السيد رئيس جامعة ورقلة الذي أشاد بالجهود الكبيرة المبذولة من طرف كل الخيريين من أجل تحقيق هذا الحلم، وأوضح انه آن الأوان لتظافر كل الجهود من جميع الأطراف سواء السلطات المحلية والمجالس المنتخبة وكذلك الشركاء الإجتماعيين وأطياف المجتمع المدني للمساهمة في إبراز هذا الصرح والمنارة العلمية والتكنولوجية في ولاية تقرت الفتية. وفي هذا الإطار نوّه السيد رئيس الجامعة بما لمسه من حرص شديد لدى المسؤول الأوّل عن الولاية ووقوفه الدائم وتواصله المستمر مع الفاعلين على هذا المشروع.

وفي نفس السياق جمع السّيد رئيس جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة بمعية طاقمه الإداري بالسيد رئيس المجلس الشعبي الولائي واعضائه واللجنة المعنية بالملف لقاء خاص، حيث كان الحديث حول الإستعدادات والخطوات التي باشرها مسؤولوا جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة لإنشاء الملحقة الجامعية بتقرت، و ثمن السيد رئيس الجامعة كل الجهود التي بذلت ومازالت تبذل في سبيل إنشاء هذا الصرح العلمي الذي سوف يكون قيمة مضافة للولاية وللمنطقة بصفة عامة.

وذكر السيد رئيس الجامعة الحضور، بأنه وطاقمه الإداري والبيداغوجي سيقومون بمرافقة مستمرة ودائمة لكل جزئيات المشروع بدء من التخصصات التى سيتم فتحها إلى الطاقم الإداري والبيداغوجي والهياكل والمرافق، إلى أن يتجسد على أرض الواقع وينطلق في العمل و الخدمة.

The academic day was also marked by the honorable participation of the distinguished professor, Pr. André Joyal (Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR)) who has written previously on small and medium enterprises in Algeria (among them: Algerian Small and Medium Enterprises and the Challenge of Internationalization in 2010). With his brief presentation of the Canadian experience in the field of entrepreneurship education within university curricula.

Today, Mr. Kamal_Badari Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, accompanied by Mr. Yassin El Mahdi Walid, Minister of Knowledge Economy, Emerging Enterprises and Small Enterprises, embarked on a working and inspection visit to the university city of the state of Ouargla, where he started his visit by visiting a number of spaces designated for emerging institutions as well as inaugurating a business incubator for innovative projects for students, as he visited, by the way Student innovation projects exhibition.

University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla Visit of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to the University City of Ouargla Professor Kamal Badari, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, was hosted by the University City of Ouargla, accompanied by the Minister of Knowledge Economy, Emerging Enterprises and Small Enterprises, Mr. Yassin El Mahdi Walid, on the morning of Monday, March 06, 2023, with a working and inspection visit to the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. He was received by the university family, headed by the Director University Professor Mohamed Eltaher Huleilat. Where the two ministers inaugurated and inspected a number of educational and research facilities in Mediatech University Pole 03, including spaces designated for emerging institutions, university business incubators for innovative projects for students, and the House of Artificial Intelligence. As we inaugurated, by the way, a number of offices for studies, as well as an inspection of the Scientific Research Center and the technical floor for physical and chemical analyses, he will also visit the distance education hall with a model lecture.

Revival of the National Martyr's Day at the University of Ouargla The University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla commemorates the National Martyr’s Day, which falls on February 18, 2023, in the Great Lecture Hall, by holding a celebration to commemorate this historic occasion under the slogan “Planting history is the fruit of the new Algeria”, in the presence of the university family as well as the revolutionary family. This occasion aims to establish links between Generations and reminding young people of the sacrifices of the ancestors in order to draw lessons and follow in their footsteps. The 18th of February of each year was taken as a day to celebrate the memory of the martyr, in gratitude for the sacrifices made by the martyrs. This day represents a pause to know the stage of colonialism that the Algerian people lived through. The souls of the martyrs and raising the national flag at the entrance of the university’s directorate, and then moving to the conference hall for the attendees to plant trees in its surroundings. Some scientific and cultural clubs were presented for their activities. “Babil El Horreya” performed by Hilali El Djilali Elementary School Soukra.
