Discussion of the first PhD zero paper at the University of Ouargla

مناقشة اول دكتوراه صفر ورق بجامعة ورقلة
بعد قرار وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي مباشرة تطبيق"سياسة صفر ورق" في ملفات مناقشة أطروحات الدكتوراه بداية من هذه السنة، وهي عملية ترمي إلى رقمنة القطاع بيداغوجيا.
هاهي جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة تواكب هذا التوجه، تم صبيحة يوم 19 جانفي 2023 بكلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية مناقشة أول أطروحة دكتوراه صفر ورق على مستوى جامعة ورقلة ومن بين الأوائل على المستوى الوطني، قامت بإنجاز الاطروحة الطالبة صفاء بن موسى الموسومة بـ ضمان القروض العقارية تحت إشراف الدكتور هشام بن شيخ.
