* Announcement for the successful PhD students *

We congratulate all the successful candidates in the third phase of the training entry for the doctorate for the academic year 2019/2020.
We inform them that they must start the registration process no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the announcement of the results of the competition, in accordance with Decision No. 547 of 02 June 2016 specifying the modalities for the organization of training in the third phase and the conditions for the preparation and discussion of the doctoral thesis, and publication No. 01 of 12 September 2019 Specifying how to organize and conduct a third-phase training entry competition for a doctorate for the academic year 2019.
For this purpose, they must attend the faculty concerned in the period mentioned in the above paragraph, attached with the following file:
- A copy of the baccalaureate.
- Copy of the first phase certificate + the original (for monitoring).
- Copy of the second phase certificate "Master" + the original copy.
- Copies of the first and second phase statements + original copies (for observation).
- A copy of the master's descriptive appendix + the original (for monitoring).
- birth certificate.
- 03 photographs.
- A license from the employing authority for working students or a certificate of unemployment for non-working students.
- Good conduct certificate.
- Honorary statement not to register in any other university institution approved by the municipality's interests (to be uploaded from the university website).
- Receipt of registration rights (to be paid by the competent department at the college level).

Announcement of the launching of a course for the submission of new projects for university research ( PRFU ) for the year 2020

         Based on Ministerial Correspondence No. 174/2019 dated 13/10/2019, we are honored to inform you

         about the launching of the new course for university formative research (PRFU), so that research professors

         wishing to propose new projects can register their projects through the digital platform allocated for this

         « www.prfu-mesrs.dz » .

                • Starting from  20/10/2019
                • Until   09/11/2019

         We also inform you that the date of 30/10/2019 has been set as the deadline for receipt of paper files for

         new teams projects at the level of the Directorate of the Directorate of Higher Education in the third phase

         and university qualification and scientific research as well as higher training after graduation through the

         Deanship of the college or institute as the case.

         Therefore, we ask all professors to respect this calendar and the procedures in place in order to make

         this process a success.

        * Note:

                Research professors can download all documents related to this process from the same digital platform

                www.prfu-mesrs.dz .

                They should also follow them and follow the website of the University www.univ-ouargla.dz constantly

                to keep abreast of any developments or changes.

* Continuing the registration of students in the master's degree through extra days *

     The registration process for students wishing to study in the master's degree in various disciplines continues

     through the additional open days by the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla and this to give the opportunity

     to all, especially students who are late in the registration or who were unfortunate in registration will take pla

     at the central directorate for three days from October 13 to October 15 the process in its first two days saw a

     huge turnout for students wishing to enroll in one of the majors of the master 2019-2020, where the university

     administration has provided all material and human resources for this.

          تتواصل عملية تسجيل الطلبة الراغبين في مزاولة الدراسة في شهادة الماستر في مختلف التخصصات من خلال الأيام الإضافية المفتوحة

          من طرف جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة وهذا لإعطاء الفرصة للجميع وخاصة الطلبة المتأخرين في التسجيل او الذين لم يساعفهم الحظ في

          التسجيل بالموقع المخصص لذلك حيث ستمتد هذه العملية بالمديرية المركزية لمدة ثلاثة أيام ابتداء من يوم 13 أكتوبر الى غاية 15 أكتوبر   

          2019 وشهدت العملية في يوميها الأولين اقبال كبير للطلبة الراغبين في التسجيل في احدى التخصصات للماستر 2019-2020، حيث

          هيئت ادارة الجامعة كل الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية لذلك.
