       يشهد يوم 19 سبتمبر 2020 الإفتتاح الرسمي لتكملة السنة الجامعية2019-2020 وانطلاق السنة الجامعية 2020-2021 بجميع الجامعات والمعاهد الوطنية، بحيث سيتم الإفتتاح من جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط تحت إشراف وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والذي سيقدم كلمة توجيهية وبعض الرسائل للأسرة الجامعية خاصة الأساتذة والطلبة وكذا الإدارة، ومنه الحضور بطريق التحاضر المرئي عن بعد لجميع الجامعات منها جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة لحضور مراسيم الإفتتاح.

   وهذه الإنطلاقة الفعلية اليوم 19 سبتمبر 2020هي الإنطلاقة للدروس الحضورية  والتي ستتم عبر 3 مراحل، كل مرحلة مكونة من دفعات الطلبة الملزمون بالتدريس الحضوري وهذا بالإضافة مع ما قدم فالأرضية الرقمية من دروس ومحاضرات، وهذه المراحل تبتدأ أولا بالمستويات التي هي في أبواب التخرج (طلبة سنة 3 ليسانس و1 ماستر) وتليها دفعة طلبة سنة الأولى ليسانس واخيرا دفعة السنة 2 ليسانس، وجميع الدفعات تدرس أسبوعين (أسبوع تدريس والأسبوع الموالي إمتحانات). وأكد مدير جامعة قاصدي مرباح السيد محمد الطاهر حليلات في كلمته على إلزامية حضور الطلبة في الدروس الحضورية  للاستفادة وشرح لكل ما قدم من دروس في الأرضية الإلكترونية، ويؤكد للطلبة ولأوليائهم بأن الجامعة قامت بتحضير كل الوسائل المادية والمعنوية من ناحية إستقبال الطلبة في ظروف جيدة جدا في ظل جائحة كورونا كوفيد19 والبروتكول الصحي مطبق على أكمل وجه في أماكن التدريس والإقامات والخدمات الجامعية.

في إطار سلسلة الإجراءات الاحترازية و التدابير الوقائية ضد فيروس كورونا virus Corona، باشرت اليوم السبت 19 سبتمبر 2020 إدارة جامعة ورقلة وبالتعاون مع أعوان الحماية المدنية للولاية بإشراف السيد مدير الجامعي بحملة تطهير و تعقيم الإدارة المركزية و مختلف الفضاءات البيداغوجية من مدراجات و قاعات التابعة لمختلف المعاهد و ذلك ضماناً للحد الأدنى للسير الخدمة في الجامعة.
