Vice Rectorate of Postgraduate Education, University Accreditation, Scientific Research and Postgraduate Education in charge of:

Monitoring the research activities of the research units & laboratories and drawing up reports in coordination with the faculties and institutes.

Carrying out all possibilities to promote the results of research.

Promoting the university's relations with its socio-economic environment and initiating partnership programmes.
- Initiate any action to promote inter-university exchanges and cooperation in the fields of teaching and research.
- Undertake animation and communication actions.
- Organize and promote scientific events.
- Monitor and refine teacher upgrading and retraining programs.
It is composed of the following services
1- The service of the follow-up of the research activities and the valorization of their results.
2- The service of cooperation, interuniversity exchanges and partnership.
The service of the follow-up of the research activities and the valorization of their results is in charge of:
1- To follow the research activities of Research Units and Laboratories and to draw up a report in coordination with the Faculties and Institutes.
2- Carrying out all possibilities to promote the results of research.
3- Monitor and refine teacher upgrading and retraining programs.
The department of cooperation, interuniversity exchanges and partnership is responsible for:
1- Initiate any action to promote inter-university exchanges and cooperation in the fields of teaching and research.
2- Undertake animation and communication actions.
3- Organize and promote scientific events.
