Ouargla University Incubator
The university incubator is a university-based platform that supports innovation and entrepreneurship, targeting students, graduates, and faculty members. It aims to mentor and support innovative ideas and projects and transform them into economic enterprises.
- It provides guidance and mentoring, specialized training programs and workshops, equipped workspaces, technical support for developing prototypes, as well as connecting project holders with partners and investors.
The university has also established a dedicated digital platform for the incubator, enabling registration, access to training and educational resources, communication with mentors, and monitoring project progress.
Initiatives and activities of the Ouargla University Incubator
- Graduation projects are discussed within the framework of Ministerial Decision 1275, which aims to transform graduation projects into startups.
- The incubator encourages final-year students (Bachelor’s and Master’s levels) to present their ideas and turn them into real projects.
- The incubator has been awarded the “University Business Incubator” label by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy.
Artificial Intelligence House
The Artificial Intelligence House is a scientific and innovation-oriented space dedicated to promoting the use and development of artificial intelligence technologies within the university environment. Quality Assurance Cell
The Quality Assurance Cell at Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla is an advisory and organizational body responsible for promoting a culture of quality and improving performance within the university. It supports academic and administrative structures in implementing quality standards and continuous evaluation processes.
It aims to enhance efficiency and transparency, improve university services, and raise the level of education and scientific research through monitoring, evaluation, and training mechanisms in quality assurance, in line with national strategies for the modernization and development of higher education.
