Ladies and gentlemen,
he university’s journey began more than three decades ago, evolving from an ambitious vision into a concrete academic institution, starting with the establishment of the Higher School for Teachers in 1987. Since then, it has grown steadily to become a recognized center of knowledge and learning.
Today, the university stands as a space of education, research, and innovation that brings together students, faculty members, and administrative staff as one family, united by the values of respect, cooperation, and commitment to excellence.
We encourage students to preserve national values and historical heritage, and to remain committed to their academic path with seriousness and ambition. We also call upon professors to continue their efforts in improving the quality of teaching and advancing scientific research, while urging administrative and technical staff to remain dedicated in supporting the smooth functioning of academic and scientific activities.
Together, we strive to further strengthen the university’s role and reputation at the national and international levels.
