The Vice-Rectorate for Doctoral Studies, Habilitation, and Postgraduate Education is responsible for overseeing the organization and monitoring of training programs intended for doctoral students, habilitation programs, as well as all postgraduate training activities.

Furthermore, the Vice-Rectorate monitors the academic progress of doctoral students, supports habilitation projects, and ensures the proper implementation of advanced training programs across various disciplines
The Department of Postgraduate and Specialized Graduate Studies oversees doctoral and specialized training programs for graduates and professionals. It ensures the pedagogical and organizational quality of these programs and their compliance with national standards.
- Organization and management of registration and re-registration files for postgraduate programs.
- Monitoring the progress of courses, workshops, and scientific activities dedicated to doctoral students and specialists.
- Coordinating with faculties and research laboratories to ensure the effective implementation of training programs.
- Preparing statistics and reports related to higher education at this level.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory provisions and postgraduate training procedures.
The Department of Academic Habilitation oversees and organizes habilitation applications submitted by faculty members seeking promotion to the rank of Associate Professor (Lecturer “A”).
Its responsibilities include
- Receiving and reviewing academic habilitation applications and ensuring their compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitoring the progress of files through scientific councils and various competent bodies.
- Coordinating with the Vice Rectorate for Higher Education (Third Cycle and Postgraduate Studies).
- Preparing annual reports and statistical data related to habilitation processes.
- Archiving and storing academic habilitation files in accordance with approved standards.
The Department for Monitoring Research Activities and Valorization of Results oversees and organizes research activities within the university, ensuring high-quality scientific output aligned with development and innovation needs. It supports researchers, monitors research projects, and promotes the effective use of research results in practical applications and innovation.
