      ترأس البروفيسور محمد الطاهر حليلات مدير جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة  إجتماع المجلس البيداغوجي الموسع المنعقد بقاعة المؤتمرات لمديرية الجامعة صبيحة يوم 01 سبتمبر 2020، بحضور نواب المدير وعمداء الكليات ومدراء المعاهد ونوابهم ومديري  البيداغوجية ونواب العمداء ومديري  ما بعد التدرج والبحث العلمي ورؤساء الأقسام ، وفي إطار متابعة النشاطات البيداغوجية لإنهاء السنة الجامعية 2019-2020  وتحضير الدخول الجامعي 2020-2021 في ظل جانحة كوفيد-19 أين تمحورت أشغال وجدول أعمال الإجتماع على دراسة ومناقشة عدة نقاط ومن أبرزها:

اولا :الجانب البيداغوجي:

 1/  تقييم التحضيرات الخاصة باستئناف الأنشطة البيداغوجية لإنهاء الموسم الجامعي 2019-2020. تنفيذ البروتوكول الصحي المقترح من طرف الوزارة الوصية، برمجة الاجتماعات البيداغوجية ، برمجة الامتحانات و برمجة المناقشات...

 2/  تطبيق القرار 633 والخاص بالتسيير الاستثناء للنشاطات البيداغوجية للموسم الجاري 2020/2019 .

ثانيا :ما بعد التدرج و البحث العلمي :

1/ تقييم سير الدروس لدفعات 2020/2019.

2/ مناقشات الدكتوراه والتأهيل الجـامعي .

3/ مشاريع الدكتوراه 2021/2020.

ثالثا : متفرقات.

    تنفيذ و دراسة البروتوكول الإطار المقترح من طرف الوزارة الوصية.

    تحضير الفضاءات البيداغوجية و تعقيمها قبل عودة الطلبة.

    ضبط رزنامة الدراسة و الامتحانات و مناقشة مذكرات تخرج الماستر الخاصة بكل كلية

    التأكيد على الرقمنة و تنشيط المواقع الإلكترونية للكليات و المعهد.

    وضع مخطط لاستقبال الطلبة حسب الدفعات بدءاَ من 23 أوت 2020.

تدابير احترازية في الإقامات الجامعية للوقاية من كورونا

      اتخذت مديريات الخدمات الجامعية جملة من التدابير الاحترازية و البروتوكول الصحي لتسيير اختتام السنة الجامعية والدخول الجامعي المقبل 2020- 2021 في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19، حيث ستتواصل عمليات التعقيم والإجراءات الوقائية اللازمة حتى نهاية هذا الوباء.

حيث شددت مديرية الخدمات الجامعية لولاية ورقلة لرؤساء مصالح الاقامات الجامعية والأطباء بهذه الأخيرة وبناء على توصيات وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، على ضرورة توفير جميع الظروف المواتية لسلامة الطالب بالدرجة الأولى ومن حوله من زملائه وعمال وإداري الإقامات، وهذا إشراك كل الشركاء الاجتماعيين في العملية التحسيسية في أوساط الطلبة لتفادي أخطار هذا الوباء وخاصة كل التنظيمات الطلابية.

وجاء في تعليمة ديوان الخدمات الجامعية التي وزعت على مدراء ورؤساء مصالح الإقامات الجامعية تكشف فيها عمل وكيفية استئناف نشاط الإقامات الجامعية عند العودة لمقاعد الدراسة، حيث اشترطت فيما يخص الإيواء توفير غرفة لكل طالب حسب هذه المعايير 6 م2 لكل طالب / 12 م2 لكل طالبين / 18 م2 لكل ثلاثة طلبة ، وتوفير الانترنت وتخصيص جناح للحالات المشبوهة.

أما عن الاجراءات المتخذة في مراكز الاطعام، أوضحت ذات التعليمة أن توزيع الوجبات الغذائية يتم باحترام المعايير الصحية، وأن الإطعام يكون من نوع وجبة منقولة في علب أو أواني وأدوات قابلة للتخلص منها، كما مددت ساعات توزيع الوجبات العدائية، وإعداد رزنامة لتوزيع الوجبات حسب كل جناح قد ضمان حسن سير العملية.

  وفي عملية نقل وتنقل الطلبة من وإلى الإقامات والاماكن البيداغوجية فإنه يتوجب احترام نقل 25 طالبا كحد أقصى في الحافلة مع ضمان مناوبات متعددة للحافلات يوميا لغاية الساعة السادسة مساء (18سا) وفق الحصص التعليمية التي تبرمجها الجامعة، مع التنسيق الوثيق مع المصالح البيداغوجية.

وفي سياق متصل، تسهر مديرية الخدمات الجامعية بضمان الحد الأقصى للنظافة، بتعقيم مباني الإقامة بصفة دورية، وضرورة النظافة الدورية لدورات المياه، وتخصيص فرقة تعقييم المنشآت والمكاتب والأجهزة أين تكون التجمعات.

وقد عاين ميدانيا السيد مدير جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة بصفته مدير خلية متابعة اختتام السنة الجامعية 2019/2020 وتحضير الدخول الجامعي 2020/2021 عدة إقامات جامعية للوقوف على مدى التحضيرات لاستقبال الطلبة والأخذ بكافة البروتكولات الصحية والتدابير الإحترازية والوقائية الموصى بها للوقاية من جائحة كورونا.

Immediately after the inauguration of the cell, the latter began to work, where the first meeting was held in which all the details and measures to be taken into consideration were presented, whether in studies, exams, university residencies, transportation, and taking all necessary precautions to enter a successful university.

It was agreed on a number of procedures, measures and health protocols to limit the spread of the Coronavirus Covid 19, for their application and embodiment through coordination between the members and the aforementioned parties, including:
