A consultative meeting regarding the implementation of Ministerial Decree No. 345

In line with the ongoing reforms in the higher education sector and in order to ensure the optimal implementation of regulatory texts, Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla organized, on March 19, 2026, a consultative meeting chaired by Professor Mohamed Tahar Halilat, University President, in the presence of the institution’s executives and representatives of social partners.

This meeting was dedicated to examining the modalities for implementing the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 345 dated March 9, 2026, particularly those related to the allocation of quotas for the short-term mobility program abroad, within a participatory approach that reflects the university’s commitment to involving various stakeholders in the decision-making process.

The meeting provided a space for constructive dialogue and exchange of views, thereby strengthening coordination mechanisms and consolidating the principles of transparency and good governance in the management of programs with a strategic dimension.

This initiative reaffirms Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla’s commitment to accompanying the transformations taking place in the sector and to enhancing its performance in a way that serves the university community and strengthens its academic visibility.
