Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and the Minister of Public Works and Transport, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Kasdi Mirbah Ouargla, in coordination with the State Association for the Prevention of Traffic Accidents, with the participation of: the National Gendarmerie - National Security - Civil Protection - Directorate of Transport - Sitram Foundation as well as professors, specialists and driving teachers And a company to monitor the technology of cars on March 09, 2020, the scientific academic day on: Traffic Safety ... Towards the Embodiment of the Traffic Accident Resolving Strategy in the Great Conference Hall of the University Pole 02.

So that the scientific school day aims to achieve several goals, including:

- Unifying the view among all who are interested in this subject, in defining a scientific strategy to confront this phenomenon.

He drew the attention of the civil and military authorities to paying attention to the scientific aspect of this phenomenon.

Involve all civil society actors in the scientific process in order to address this problem.
Digitize the National Traffic Safety and Prevention Strategy.

The objectives are achieved through several main axes:

 - The first axis: the role of scientific research in the scientific response to the problem of traffic accidents.

 - The second axis: legal and legal points of view to keep pace with the conditions that obstruct traffic laws, and how to activate legal regulations and procedures.

 - The third axis: the security strategy to prevent traffic accidents and achieve the principle of traffic safety.

 - The fourth axis: presenting technical and engineering concepts in reducing traffic accidents.

 - Fifth axis: civil defense interventions and contribution to reducing traffic accidents.

 - The sixth axis: the religious outlook in exercising its role in the field. Fatwas contributing to yellowing traffic accidents.

   تم اليوم الإثنين بتاريخ 2020/03/09 على الساعة الثالثة بعد الزوال، عقد لقاء بين إدارة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة و ممثلي المنظمات الطلابية الناشطة على مستوى الجامعة، و هذا في إطار اللقاءات الدورية مع الشريك الاجتماعي حيث رفعت فيه بعض الانشغالات التي تخص الطلبة، و بالمقابل ثمنت الادارة حرص ممثلي المنظمات على ايصال هذه الانشغالات و تعهدت بالنظر فيها مع تحديد تاريخ الاربعاء المقبل لعقد لقاء اخر للوقوف على مدى التجسيد الفعلي لهذه الانشغالات .

تحت رعاية السيد وزير التعليم العالي ووزير الأشغال العمومية والنقل تنظم كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة وبالتنسيق مع الجمعية الولائية للوقاية من حوادث المرور وبمشاركة كل من: الدرك الوطني- الأمن الوطني- الحماية المدنية- مديرية النقل- مؤسسة سيترام وكذا أساتذة ومختصين ومعلمي سياقة ومؤسسة لمراقبة التقنية للسيارات يوم 09 مارس 2020 اليوم الدراسي العلمي حول: السلامة المرورية...نحو تجسيد إستراتيجية تصفير الحوادث المرورية بقاعة المؤتمرات الكبرى للقطب الجامعي 02.

بحيث يهدف اليوم الدراسي العلمي إلى تحقيق عدة غايات منها:

-           توحيد النظرة بين جميع المهتمين بهذا الموضوع ضمن تحديد إستراتيجية علمية لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة.
-           لفت انتباه السلطات المدنية والعسكرية نحو الإهتمام بالجانب العلمي اتجاه هذه الظاهرة.
-           إشراك جميع الفاعلين من المجتمع المدني في العملية العلمية من أجل التصدي لهذه المشكلة.
-           رقمنة الإستراتيجية الوطنية للوقاية والسلامة المرورية.

تتحقق الأهداف من خلال عدة محاور أساسية:

المحور الأول: دور البحث العلمي في التصدي علميا لمشكلة حوادث المرور.
المحور الثاني: وجهات النظر القانونية والحقوقية لمسايرة الظروف التي تعترض القوانين المرورية، وكيفية تفعيل اللوائح والإجراءات القانونية.
المحور الثالث: الإسترتيجية الأمنية للوقاية من حوادث المرور وتحقيق مبدأ السلامة المرورية.
المحور الرابع: عرض التصورات التقنية والهندسية في تقليص حوادث المرور.
المحور الخامس: تدخلات الدفاع المدني والمساهمة في الحد من حوادث المرور.
المحور السادس: النظرة الدينية في ممارسة دورها في المجال الفتاوة المساهمة في تصفير حوادث المرور.
المحور السابع: دور المجتمع المني والجمعيات في عمليات التحسيس والتوعية للحد من حوادث المرور.

بحيث كان برنامج اليوم الدراسي متنوع وثري أستهل بالنشيد الوطني وعرض فيديو توعوي تحسيسي لفيروس كورونا المستجد وبعده كلمات لكل من عميد كليت العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية د. ياسين محجر وكلمة نائب المدير المكلف بالعلاقات الخارجية والتعاون والتظاهرات العلمية د. مراد قريشي الذي أعطى إشارة انطلاق أشغال اليوم الدراسي، وتضمن عدة مداخلات للدرك الوطني والأمن الوطني والحماية المدنية ومؤسسة سيترام وأساتذة من الجامعة، بالإضافة إلى ذلك عرض لنشاطات المؤسسات المدعوة ولجمعيات ومجتمع مدني في بهو قاعة المؤتمرات الذي شهد إقبالا كبيرا للطلبة والعمال والأساتذة.

وكما تابع الحاضرين تطبيق ميداني لأعوان الحماية المدنية لعملية اسعاف ضحايا في حادث مرور .
