بمناسبة الذكرى 49 للإحتفال بتأميم المحروقات المصادف 24 فيفري من كل سنة، نظما مصلحة الأنشطة العلمية والثقافية والرياضية بالتنسيق والتعاون مع نادي المحروقات "العالمي" بكلية المحروقات والطاقات المتجددة وعلوم الأرض والكون بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة إحتفالية خاصة بالمناسبة وتسطير برنامج تثقيفي تعليمي متنوع لجميع طلبة الجامعة وكلية المحروقات بالخصوص، خلال يومي 23 و24 فيفري 2020 تتضمن محاضرات لخبراء في مجال المحروقات من المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار ENSP ومعرض للنوادي العلمية بمشاركة أزيد من 15 نادي علمي من الجامعة وبعض الجمعيات والمؤسسات التكوينية وكذا ورشات تكوينية مختلفة ومتنوعة يديرها خبراء من شركة Schlumberger ودكاترة وباحثين من جامعة ورقلة تلقو تكوينهم بالخارج وكان لديهم خبرة ميدانية في الحقول البيترولية، وفي يوم 29 فيفري 2020 يتناول زيارة ميدانية لحقل بيترولي لشركة ENTP التي سيستفيد منها أزيد من 200 طالب من الجامعة.

The Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, in cooperation with the Laboratory of the problem of political, economic and social transformations in the Algerian experiment, is organizing the National Scientific Symposium on Constitutional Amendment and the Future of Political Reform in Algeria on February 19 and 20, 2020 at the Great Lectures Hall of the University Pole 02, in the presence of the University President, Vice-Presidents, and the administrative and pedagogical staff To the college and the presence of constitutional law experts and public law, professors and researchers from all over the country, as well as the participation of doctoral students.

Where the importance of the symposium is that it is a vision of the academic elite in the field of real participation and providing an approach in the field of amending the constitution, that is, the university's contribution to decision-making and enriching the public constitutional debate, and then raising the recommendations and works of the symposium to the higher authorities in the country and taking them into consideration.

For reference, the expected amendment of the constitution revolves around governance, manifested by the extent to which the sovereignty of the people and the rule of law are enshrined, the protection and control of rights and freedoms, the concern for a balanced organization of powers and the strengthening of oversight mechanisms, the fight against corruption and the ethics of public life, and from it contribute to the transfer of constitutional rules and constitutional institutions to the highest level In achieving the goals and the desired goal.

The scientific symposium deals with several basic axes:

              1- Devoting the will of the people and the rule of law.

              2- The transparency and integrity of the elections and the transfer of power.

              3- Protection and control of rights and freedoms.

              4- Balanced regulation of the authorities.

              5- Strengthening control mechanisms.

              6- Fighting corruption and public life.

    تتواصل فعاليات الاحتفالية الخاصة بيوم الشهيد 18 فبراير بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة وهذا من خلال النشاطات الثقافية والفكرية والمسابقات التي تسهر عليها مصلحة الأنشطة بالقطب الجامعي (3) حيث انطلقت هذه الصبيحة ليوم الأربعاء 19 فبراير 2020 تصفيات في رياضة الشطرنج بين طلبة الجامعة على غرار تصفيات الأنشطة الأخرى على ان يكون يوم 24 فبراير 2020 يوم المنافسات على المراتب الأولى في احتفالية بمناسبة تأميم المحروقات.

    تنظم كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة وبالتعاون مع مخبر إشكالية التحولات السياسية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية في التجربة الجزائرية الندوة العلمية الوطنية حول التعديل الدستوري ومستقبل الإصلاح السياسي في الجزائر يومي 19 و20 فيفري 2020 بقاعة المحاضرات الكبرى للقطب الجامعي 02، بحضور مدير الجامعة ونوابه والطاقم الإداري والبيداغوجي للكلية و حضور خبراء القانون الدستوري والقانون العام وأساتذة وباحثين من شتى ربوع الوطن وكذا مشاركة طلبة الدكتوراه .
حيث تتمثل أهمية الندوة كونها عبارة عن تصور للنخبة الأكاديمية في مجال المشاركة الحقيقية وتقديم مقاربة في مجال تعديل الدستور أي مساهمة الجامعة في صناعة القرار وإثراء النقاش العمومي الدستوري، ومن ثمّ رفع توصيات وأشغال الندوة إلى الجهات العليا في البلاد وأخذها بعين الإعتبار.
للإشارة فإن تعديل الدستور المرتقب يتمحور حول الحكامة، يتجلى من خلال مدى تكريس سيادة الشعب وسيادة القانون، وحماية وضبط الحقوق والحريات، والحرص على التنظيم المتوازن للسلطات وتعزيز آليات الرقابة، ومكافحة الفساد وأخلقة الحياة العامة، ومنه المساهمة في نقل القواعد الدستورية والمؤسسات الدستورية إلى أجود مستوى في تحقيق الأهداف والغاية المنشودة.

  تتناول الندوة العلمية عدة محاور أساسية وهي:

1- تكريس إرادة الشعب وسيادة القانون.
2- شفافية ونزاهة الإنتخابات والتداول على السلطة.
3- حماية وضبط الحقوق والحريات.
4- التنظيم المتوازن للسلطات.
5- تعزيز آليات الرقابة .
6- - مكافحة الفساد وأخلقة الحياة العامة.
