The program aims to enhance knowledge and develop skills in multiple fields related to the project, and includes applied and theoretical training workshops in addition to opportunities for communication and cultural and knowledge exchange with a group of experts and specialists in the field.

✓Department of Earth and Cosmic Sciences at the level of the College of Hydrocarbons, Renewable Energies, and Earth and Cosmic Sciences
✓Department of Civil Engineering and Irrigation at the College of Applied Sciences level
✓Department of Agricultural Sciences and Environment and Ocean specialization at the College of Natural and Life Sciences
Candidates must have studied remote sensing, geographic information system, or both.

On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, the University Incubator in the Third Pole at the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla hosted a meeting between representatives of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), representatives of the facades of the University of Kasdi-Merbah Entrepreneurship, and professors in the Department of Agricultural Sciences at the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences.
This meeting falls within the framework of the German-Algerian partnership to develop entrepreneurship in the field of agricultural innovation, green economy, and digitization.

The University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla and Schlumberger Algeria announced today the launch of the largest cooperation project between a university institution represented by the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla and an economic institution in Algeria. This project consists of establishing a business incubator and center of excellence to develop entrepreneurship in the field of energy, environment and agriculture in southern Algeria.
This ambitious project, which was officially announced today by Mr. Reda Kalkouli, General Manager of North Africa for Schlumberger International, aims to support entrepreneurs and promote entrepreneurship in various key sectors of strategic importance to the region. This strategic partnership also seeks to stimulate innovation and enhance local economic growth by supporting promising entrepreneurial initiatives.
Professor Mohamed Al-Taher Hleilat, President of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla University, also stressed the importance of this cooperation, noting that it represents a great opportunity for students and young entrepreneurs in the region. He stressed that the project will contribute to creating a supportive environment for the emergence of new companies and creating job opportunities in priority areas, in line with the sustainable development goals in Algeria.

The College of Modern Information and Communication Technologies organizes the seventh edition of graduation projects
Today, Monday, May 13, 2024, the Faculty of Modern Technologies for Information and Communication organized the scientific demonstration for graduation projects in its seventh edition (DFC 2024) at the third pole of Kasdi-Merbah University, for the benefit of third-year bachelor’s students in several specializations, including electronics, instrumentation, and petroleum instrumentation. 215 participated in this demonstration. He requested a total of 45 innovative projects, some of which are included in Ministerial Resolution 1275.
This demonstration aims to highlight students’ abilities in the field of software projects and electronic projects. At the end of the scientific demonstration, the four best innovative projects in each specialty will be evaluated and selected by a specialized committee.
The demonstration was attended by the University Rector, Professor Muhammad Al-Taher Hulailat, and some of the university’s executives. The Rector was briefed on the projects and the price of the movement experienced by the college. He also stressed the university’s keenness to accompany the owners of innovative projects through the implementation of Ministerial Resolution 1275.

Presented by Mr. Ali Boudbouz, a doctor who is an expert in the field - Director HSE SONATRACH HMD - addressed to master’s students in the specialty QHSE.
Last week was also marked by the organization of professional scientific lectures concerned with the legal form of employment procedures and employment contracts, addressed to all students in all specializations, presented by Mr. Badr El-Din Haj Saeed, a consultant expert and vocational professor at the institute.
The two honorable professors were honored by the Director of the Institute, Professor Dr. Belkheir Negro, on behalf of the entire Institute family and in return for all the efforts made within the framework of supporting and enhancing applied professional training at the Institute.
