Meeting of the Directorate Council of Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla

The Directorate Council of Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla held a periodic meeting on the morning of Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the University Directorate, chaired by Professor Mohamed Tahar Halilat, University President, in the presence of his vice-rectors, deans of faculties, and directors of institutes, as well as heads of university support structures, the Head of the Quality Assurance Cell, and the Director of the Intensive Language Center.

The meeting opened with a welcoming address in which the University President emphasized the improvement of performance and the need to ensure close monitoring of the various decisions taken, stressing the importance of regular follow-up and continuous evaluation.

The agenda included the discussion of several key points, namely:

1. Academic Affairs:

• Presentation and evaluation of the progress of academic activities during the second semester.
• Registration, support, and monitoring of projects under Decree 1275.
• Review of graduate student files.
• Master’s Days.

2. Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research:

• Examination of files and administrative compliance.
• Follow-up of accreditation/quality alignment processes.

3. Internship (Traineeship) File
